My dear friend, Caryl, asked me for some breakfast ideas to add some ease and variety to the start of her day as she juggles working from home and caring for her sweet little toddler. And since the summer produce season is upon us, I wanted to curate a list of recipes to take advantage of all those gorgeous fruits and vegetables.   1. The make ahead ideas for breakfasts are great for the mornings when I have about 3 minutes to have my daughter eat something before she heads off to school. Sleeping until the very last moment is her priority right now.

    1. Haha! I hear that! I have my teen write out what he wants for b’fast for the entire week. Helps me with the shopping list and everything can be prepped ahead. Grab & go!
