Binders, folders, browser bookmarks — organizing all the amazing recipes you find on the web can be daunting. Yummly simplifies this for you by helping you search, save and organize your recipes in one place.

How to Use Yummly to Organize Your Recipes
What is Yummly?
Yummly is a recipe website + mobile app…think of it as Pinterest for recipes! Once you create an account, you can set your preferences for diets, food allergies, disliked ingredients, favorite cuisines and food goals. Yummly will use these preferences to provide you with recipe recommendations in your feed.

Search for Recipes
In addition to recommended recipes, you can search for recipes using filters like cooking time, nutrition, cooking techniques, diet, allergies and more. There are over 2 million recipes in Yummly, so finding something suited to your needs and tastes is always possible.
You can also search for recipes based on ingredients you have on hand by using “Search Pantry-Ready Recipes”. Add the ingredients you already have, then hit search and you’ll get results that match your ingredients.

Add on-hand ingredients to your “virtual pantry” and find recipes you can make without a trip to the grocery store.
Saving Recipes
When you find a recipe in Yummly you want to save, simply click the round, orange Yum button. You’ll have the option to save it to your “All Yums” collection or to any other collection you create.
You can also save recipes from around the web by adding the Yummly bookmarklet to your browser. When you find a recipe you want to save, simply click the Yum bookmarklet.

Or, you can use the Yum button when it’s present on your favorite recipe sites. For instance, all the recipe posts on Sip + Sanity feature the Yum button! See one of my recipes that you want to save? Just click the button and it will be added to your Yummly Collections.

Want to add all my recipes to your Collections? Visit my Yummly publisher page to see all the recipes in one spot, then click away!
Organize Your Recipes
Similar to Pinterest Boards, you can organize recipes into Collections. This helps you find what you want when you want it.
