Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, spices and salt.
In a smaller bowl or measuring cup, combine eggs, milk and oil. Add this to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in the grated apple.
Cook the waffles per your waffle maker's instructions.
