Rosemary + Sea Salt Crackers are buttery, crispy, light and easy to make. They are the perfect accompaniment for a cheese plate or your favorite dip.

flour rosemary sea salt baking powder butter milk olive oil

Combine dry ingredients with butter to get a coarse crumb; mix in the milk

Knead the dough until it's smooth

Divide the dough then wrap each half in plastic wrap to refrigerate for 30 minutes

Roll the dough out very thin then cut into shapes

Dock with a fork, brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt

Bake until the edges are golden brown, 18 to 23 minutes
