INGREDIENTS

BUTTER A BAKING DISH

ADD DRIED BRIOCHE CUBES IN EVEN LAYER

MAKE THE CUSTARD

POUR THE CUSTARD OVER THE BREAD. COVER + REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

MAKE THE STREUSEL TOPPING; ADD TO THE CASSEROLE

BAKE THE CASSEROLE AT 350°F UNTIL PUFFY AND GOLDEN

WHIP THE MAPLE BUTTER WHILE THE CASSEROLE BAKES

SERVE WITH POWDERED SUGAR OR MAPLE SYRUP
