 INGREDIENTS

Begin browning butter. When it starts turning golden, add bourbon (off the heat!).

Continue cooking until milk solids turn deep brown, then cool.

Cut smaller circles from refrigerated pie dough and fill a mini muffin tin.

Combine ingredients for the filling.

Fill the mini pie shells + bake.
